Using the Space

The Northeast Interfaith Peace Garden is available to individuals and organizations who wish to use the space to promote peace in any way – peace in our families, in our neighborhoods, in the larger community, among peoples of different races, colors and creeds, among all those people of good will who seek to live out their vision of peace in our world.

There are so many ways to utilize this space! Churches, schools, colleges, community organizations, nonprofits, businesses, families, friends – think of special occasions and events you might want to offer in a space dedicated to peacemaking. Are you celebrating a special religious or national holiday? Commemorating a special event in your community or congregation? Looking for a field trip for a class you teach? Wanting to conduct a Labyrinth Walk for a group of friends, co-workers, youth, etc.? Interested in a sacred space for interfaith prayer? Use of the Northeast Interfaith Peace Garden is limited only by your imagination!

Call or email us, and we can help you plan a few hours or a whole day with your group in the Garden

Making a Reservation

To be sure the Garden is available on the day(s) you’d like to use it, please call or email us, and we will reserve the space for you. There is no fee for using the space, but free will offerings to assist in maintaining the Garden are appreciated.

PLEASE NOTE: The Board of Directors of the FRIENDS of the Northeast Interfaith Peace Garden reserves the right to approve all events in the Garden. While we encourage its use, we cannot accommodate private parties, alcoholic beverages, or any event that runs past 9:00 p.m.
